What fees do you charge?
Our fee structure is simple. You get a free consultation with us; if you move forward, we only get paid when you get paid. If we negotiate a higher salary for you, we get 25% of the increase as a one-time fee. If we negotiate a higher sign-on bonus, we get 50% of the increase as a one-time fee. For example, if your original salary offer is $400,000 and the sign-on bonus is $50,000, and we help increase it to $440,000 and $75,000, we would get $10,000 for the salary increase and $12,500 for the sign-on increase.
I have an attorney to review my contract. Isn't that enough?
There are many excellent healthcare attorneys. Some of our experts are attorneys. However, most physician attorneys focus on the contract, not the overall offer. They are not experts in compensation, benefits, and clinical operations. Do you take all clients?
No, we are a selective firm. This is for a few reasons. First, our clients are our priority, and too much volume impacts that partnership. Second, not all clients are a great fit for our work. We are honest about that. Finally, we limit our work to individuals looking for jobs, not just those looking around.
